The Operations team is the engine that runs the Free Foodi Protocol. They manage the day-to-day logistics that make our decentralized model possible. Focused on executive management, supply chain coordination, and administrative support, this team ensures the physical transfer of food is highly efficient, the public health standards are strictly maintained, and the compliance data is perfectly tracked.

- The Role: You will be the logistical anchor for our summer proof-of-concept pilot. Your primary focus will be ensuring the physical, real-world workflow seamlessly matches our digital tracking requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Coordinate the daily schedules and student labor pool required for the physical transfer of rescued campus food from dining facilities to our decentralized hubs.
- Compliance Tracking: Oversee the backend data entry, ensuring every piece of diversion data required for SB 1383 state compliance is accurately and securely logged into our system.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor hub inventory levels and work directly with campus dining partners to streamline the food recovery workflow, ensuring all protocols for temperature safety and handling are met.
