Experience Management Team

Team Description:

The Experience Management team is responsible for how the campus community feels and interacts with Free Foodi in the real world. By blending event planning, cultural design, and direct student support, this team ensures that every physical touchpoint is built with empathy and respect. From hosting interactive community forums to shaping the welcoming atmosphere of our decentralized food hubs, this team is dedicated to building a campus culture where accessing basic needs is a seamless, stigma-free part of the everyday student experience.


Open Listing: Experience & Community Engagement Lead


  •  The Role: You will be the architect of our physical presence and campus culture. Your focus is designing empowering events and supportive spaces while providing the ground-level assistance that ensures a consistently positive, dignified experience for every student

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Coordinate the logistics for community forums, manage hands-on design workshops, and act as the primary liaison for underrepresented student groups to ensure our solutions are built with their direct input.


  • Culture & Space Design: Help design the physical flow and atmosphere of our decentralized food hubs, ensuring the redemption process feels private, normal, and completely free of social barriers.


  • Student Support & Feedback: Provide direct, empathetic assistance to students at our distribution sites while actively gathering user feedback to help our development and operations teams continuously refine the service.


Ideal Candidate: An Experience Industry Management (EIM) student or someone with a strong background in human-centered design, sociology, or hospitality who excels at making people feel heard, supported, and comfortable.
